We had trouble with a front door locking so decided to give Newman Locksmith Solutions a call. As we are local to them, John came to the house within the hour and assessed the door lock to find the problem. After stripping out the whole locking mechanism he pointed out that the middle section of the mechanism had a fault so it was agreed that he would secure the front door for the night while he went away and sourced a new part. The next morning John returned to fit the new part and the door was working like new again. As for the cost we were pleasantly surprised as by only replacing the faulty part of the lock saved us money. A very polite and professional service, clean and tidy and solved our lock problem right away! Totally recommend and would give 5 stars.
